About Tami Levin

Tami is a writer and editor with degrees from the George Washington University (BA, English and Creative Writing) and Johns Hopkins University (MA, Writing, Fiction). She is also a graduate of the professional editing and publishing program at the George Washington University. In 2022, she was named the winner of the Women in Technology (WIT) award in the non-profit/academia category. In her professional career, she’s worked on numerous scholarly publications for the Smithsonian American Art Museum, numerous guide books for a higher-education association. She is also a published author with poetry and short stories featured in several literary magazines. Tami has worked with students on their undergraduate college admissions essays since 2012.
